Tips to Improve Your Approval Rating
First of all, let me say that none has a 100% approval rating. But here are some tips to help you ensure that a good many of your offers credit with the advertisers:
Set Up Your Computer to complete offers.
1. Cookies are tiny files that are sent to your computer when you complete an offer. They report back to the advertisers server when you complete an offer. Therefore it is imperative to be sure that your computer is set up to "Accept All Cookies"
To check your settings in Internet Explorer: Tools --> Internet Options --> Privacy tab. Your display should read "Accept all cookies." Then click the Advanced Tab and make sure that your "Override automatic cookie handling" is NOT checked.
Also, make sure to clear your cookies AFTER completing or clicking on an offer. Do not clear them in the middle of doing the offer, as this will pretty much guarantee that you won't be credited. To clear your cookies, do the following:
IE6:
1. Select "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "General" again.
2. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click on "Delete Cookies..."
3. Click "OK" for the "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" prompt.
4. Click "OK" to exit.
IE7:
1. Click on "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "General" again.
2. Click the "Delete..." button.
3. Under the heading "Cookies," click on "Delete cookies..."
4. Click "Yes" for the "Delete all cookies in the Temporary Internet Files folder?" prompt.
5. Click "Close" to exit.
For Firefox, select Tools ---> Options ---> Privacy ---> Cookies, then check "Allow sites to set Cookies"
It is recommended that you use Internet Explorer when completing offers, but that is up to you. If you wish, try different browsers to see which seems to credit better for you.
2. Next you will need to check your Firewall and Antivirus programs.
If you have any virus protection programs such as McAfee, Norton, Symantec, etc, or spyware protection software such as Spy Sweeper, make sure that these programs are not blocking third-party cookies. It is recommended that you turn them off before completing offers since they could interfere with cookie tracking.
Other tips:
1. You also should not have any other programs running such as messengers or any other website that could interfere with tracking of the offers.
2. Dont rush through the offer. Take time to let each page load completely before going to the next page. When you reach the CPA Wall or the page that says
"Thank you for participating", "Congratulations", "Thank you, your information has been received", a message to check your e-mail etc click one or more of the offers on each page. Let each of these pages load completely before closing them and submitting the offer for credit at TikiTreasure. It is rumoured that some advertisers time how long it takes for you to complete the offer and wont give credit if the offer was done too quickly.
3. Use different valid e-mail addresses. Some companies don't credit for more than 1 of their surveys unless you have used a different e-mail address for each of their offers/surveys. You can use the same e-mail if you're doing offers from several different companies, but if you do more than 1 from a specific company, it is good to use different e-mails. Be sure all email accounts belong to YOU and are valid.
4. Check your e-mail for confirmation/activation e-mails. Not all, but some advertisers send a confirmation/activation e-mail that they expect you to click in order to receive credit. After having clicked the confirmation/activation link (if one is available), then you can go to the offer, enter that specific e-mail and Mark it As Pending.
5. Always clear cookies between offers. You will find that you offers will credit faster.
6. Disable pop-up blockers. The advertisers want you to see their advertisements and sometimes it is necessary for crediting.
7. Don't do a lot of offers at one time. Offers will confirm faster if you do a few at a time and let some of those clear. Then you do some more.
8. Never do the same offer twice even if it's on a different website. That is considered fraud and you could get your account deleted for it and lose all of your earnings. Keep a list of the offers you do.
